As we are all aware, the events of September 11th have heightened our awareness and both security and compliance issues have become more stringent than ever before.
In order to adhere to these issues, we request that all agents remain in compliance (with both industry and government standards) and follow the specific steps that we've outlined below:
Step #1
Prepare Letter of Acknowledgement
All agents must prepare a standard letter of acknowledgement (of compliance) and forward it to us for our files. This letter of acknowledgement must be issued to us on your company stationary and:

Must include (by attachment) a copy of the most recently published TSA compliance rulings

Must reference the attached TSA rulings & state that your company is compliance with them.

Must be signed by an owner or officer of your company, notarized by an official notary public, and forwarded to our corporate office at: 1045 Gemini Road, Eagan, Minnesota 55121

Step #2
Fax Current Insurance Certificate
Next, we request that you (or your insurance agent) fax us a copy of your company's most current insurance certificate with its expiration date:

And finally, please complete our Agent Profile Form - this will enable us to gain a better understanding of the diversity and range of your services.
