Your staffers can immediately arrange a replacement shipment and collect the RMA.

Your internal RMA# becomes part of the freight waybill and can be e-mailed to the person on the other end of the phone - the shipping department is sent an electronic waybill (simultaneously) and can then send the replacement.

Goods collected are returned direct to you (or the original manufacturer) with the RMA# attached to every waybill. We help you manage your RMA inventory & minimize customer inconveniences.
